Hair is transformative. It has the power to completely change the way you look and more importantly, the way you feel. And I love that.
I’ve been in this industry for over 25 years. When I moved to the famed Michael Van Clarke salon early in my career, I remember how proud I felt to be working there. I gave it my everything, because I loved being part of that name. I loved the clients I worked with, too. I realised what I wanted to create for myself; a stunning salon that would attract the very best talent, and a reputation that would bring in clients from all over the world.
I had the skill, I had the passion and I had the dream.
And with that, in 2005, Inanch London was born.
Some time back in the 90s, I was asked to completely transform a look on a shoot. Cue my love of extensions and what they could achieve when applied in the right way. Soon, this turned into regular work with a range of creative directors, working on bespoke styles for both runways and editorials. Since then, I’ve spent years honing my skills on creating that ever-so-hard-to-achieve natural look that my clients just can’t get enough of, and I’ve poured myself into training my super talented team into delivering the same.
I know how my clients feel when they walk out of my salon with their new look; you can’t bottle it! That’s driven me to design my own award-winning range of hair extensions: Gold Class. I wanted a way to bring my 20 years experience and my passion for extensions together to create something my clients will love and trust, every time. Since launching, Gold Class extensions have been in high demand; that’s why I have rigorous standards when it comes to stockists, and there’s just 20 exclusive salons across the UK where you’ll find them.
Inanch London continues to grow and evolve. I’m committed to staying ahead of the curve when it comes to techniques and equipment, and to leading my amazing team of stylists to do the same. We can’t wait to welcome you to our salon.

TEAM BIOS
I began my hairdressing career in Italy at the age of 16 and obtained my hairdressing qualifications at the Italian Classic Academy for Hairstyling.
In 1996, I came to the UK and secured a position at Franco & Co where I worked for 8 years and was involved in alternative hair shows and photo shoots for Placebo and Hello magazine. I’m also an experienced session stylist for video shoots; including Hear Say and Will Young’s “Relight My Fire”. I’m a perfectionist and strive for amazing results in both cutting and colouring techniques.
I’m proud to be one of the salon’s home grown stylists, having trained under Inanch from the start of my career. With over 10 years experience in British hairdressing gained in top West End salons, I’m proud to have built up a loyal list of clients throughout central London. I like to bring together my passion for art and hairdressing with the love for my clients. In addition to general hairdressing services for both ladies and gents, I also specialise in hair smoothing treatments including the revolutionary Nanokeratin hair smoothing and Yuko hair straightening treatments; receiving rave reviews from the likes of Women’s Health and OK! magazine.
As well as one of Inanch's home grown stylists, I’m an NVQ level 2 graduate from the Joshua Galvin Academy. A passionate stylist & colourist, I’m also known for my hair extension services having assisted Inanch in hair extensions for over 3 years. In this time, I successfully learnt all the unique hair extension application techniques created by Inanch in the salon. I now have my own regular hair extensions clientele as well as specialising in bridal / hair-up styles for brides-to-be.
I’m proud to be amongst the Inanch London team and have a strong passion for colour and extensions. I love the art of freehand colour/balayage and enhancing my clients’ hair with hair extensions that I customise myself. My creative work speaks for itself with the wonderful reviews that I regularly receive from my clientele. When my clients are happy, I’m happy!
I’m excited to join Inanch London after a 10-year award-winning career in Turkey. Known in the salon as the “master of balayage”, I’m glad to bring my wealth of experience to the salon. In addition to my high-quality colour services, I also specialise in hair extensions and bridal hair. I’m always thinking outside the box and bringing in fresh new innovative hair styles and colours to the Inanch London service offering.
Demi is Inanch and Joe’s oldest daughter and joined the team earlier in 2021 as the salon’s Beauty Therapist. Like her mother, she is very artistic and has a passion for all things beauty! She studied Art & Design back at college and went on to achieve VTCT levels 2 & 3 in Beauty as well as level 4 in Laser treatments. She has over 3 years of practical experience in beauty treatments and specialises in lashes and brows and is also fully qualified in the CollagenWave, HydraFacial and SkinPen treatments offered at our salon.
Lema is Inanch and Joe’s younger daughter and also joined the team in 2021 as the salon’s Skin Specialist. Another talented artist like her mother, Lema’s passion lies in skincare which started in her early teen years when she was suffering from Acne. Lema also successfully completed her VTCT levels 2 & 3 in Beauty and level 4 in Laser treatments. Her skills in skincare therapy enabled Lema to be offered a position at the HydraFacial flagship clinic in Central London where she gained her practical experience and now offers HydraFacial, CollagenWave and SkinPen treatments at our salon.
My background is primarily in the film industry. Following on from graduating at the University of Westminster with a B.A.(Hons) in Business Studies, I secured a position at Warner Bros Pictures as a Marketing Assistant and worked my way up to become Marketing Manager at Warner Bros International Theatres. With the opening of Inanch London ten years ago, I took on the salon’s business operations including marketing and promotions. Not only this, I also handle the business development including the Gold Class hair extension brand.
